1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the AJOS Screener website and all its sub-pages and applications.
• "Service" means the stock screening, analytics, AI analysis tools, and all data features offered.
• "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid plan that grants access to premium features of the Platform.
• "Content" includes all data, text, charts, AI-generated narratives, and materials made available through the Service.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to AJOS Screener and its operators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or citizen of India. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual traders and investors only. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must register using a valid Google account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at ajos@ajos.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are displayed on the Pricing page and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment is processed via UPI. You must submit your 12-digit UTR transaction reference for manual verification.
• Account activation occurs within 24 business hours of payment verification by our team.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared between users.
• Prices may be revised with 14 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription durations, plans, or features at our discretion.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or Content.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting tools on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform's software.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or damaging content.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law, including the IT Act 2000, SEBI regulations, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) 2002.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including AI narratives, screener algorithms, sector rotation models, Z-Score methodologies, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of AJOS Screener. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, or published without our prior written consent under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.

7. Data Accuracy & Limitations

The Platform sources market data from NSE official feeds, Yahoo Finance, and third-party APIs. While we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data for investment purposes. Users must independently verify all data before making any financial decision.

8. AI-Generated Content

The AI Analyst Desk generates automated narratives using large language models. Such content is algorithmically generated and must not be treated as investment advice, research reports, or recommendations. AI outputs are subject to inaccuracies and model limitations. AJOS Screener bears no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AJOS Screener shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJOS Screener and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) regulatory requirements; or (d) any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service may be revoked immediately without refund unless governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via ajos@ajos.in within 30 days before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
