We collect only data that is necessary for the operation of our Service (principle of data minimisation):

Under the DPDP Act 2023, we process your personal data based on:

- Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to provide the Service you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate Interests: Security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
- Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable Indian law, including IT Act 2000, Income Tax Act 1961, and PMLA 2002.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Session management (Laravel session cookie) โ cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Aggregate usage analytics to improve the Platform โ can be disabled via browser settings.
- Third-Party Widgets: TradingView ticker widgets may set their own cookies; we recommend reviewing TradingView's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:
- Google LLC: For OAuth-based authentication only.
- Hosting Providers: Secure cloud infrastructure providers under data processing agreements.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the Service. Account data is retained for a minimum of 5 years post-deletion to comply with Indian financial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
7. Your Rights under DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Right of Access (Section 11): Obtain a summary of your personal data being processed and the processing activities.
- Right to Correction (Section 12): Request correction or updation of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Section 12): Request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer if you believe your rights have been violated.
- Right to Nominate (Section 14): Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed password storage, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
