Important: AJOS Screener does not support auto-renewal or recurring charges. All subscriptions are activated manually via UPI, and no future payment is ever triggered without your explicit action. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1 Subscription Model & Manual Payments
AJOS Screener operates on a manual, one-time payment model for each subscription period. Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual basis. Payments are accepted exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) through NPCI-authorised payment gateways.
- β’ There are no standing instructions, SI mandates, e-NACH, or auto-debit of any kind associated with your account.
- β’ Your subscription expires at the end of the paid period without any auto-charge.
- β’ Renewal is entirely at your discretion and requires a fresh, voluntary payment.
2 Subscription Cancellation
Since AJOS Screener does not auto-renew, there is no formal "cancellation" process required. Your access simply continues until the last day of your paid period and then lapses automatically.
If you wish to voluntarily terminate access before your subscription period ends, you may contact us at ajos@ajos.in with the subject line "Account Cancellation Request". Please include your registered email address and User ID.
Note on Mid-Period Cancellation: Voluntarily cancelling access mid-period does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the remaining days. Refund eligibility is governed separately under Section 3 below.
3 Refund Eligibility
AJOS Screener follows a limited refund policy to protect the integrity of our premium platform and curb misuse. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following criteria:
Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered
- Refund requested within 48 hours of payment activation AND no premium screener or scanner feature has been accessed.
- Duplicate payment made for the same subscription period (technical error β proof of both transactions required).
- Payment was deducted via UPI but subscription was not activated within 24 hours (subject to bank settlement confirmation).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund request made after 48 hours of subscription activation.
- Any premium feature (Stock Screener, OI Analytics, Smart Money, PCR Tools, AI Analysis, etc.) has been accessed after payment.
- Subscription purchased under a promotional, discounted, or special offer.
- Account suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Claim of "not satisfied" with market outcomes, data, or AI analysis results (as market data is informational, not advisory).
- Partial refunds for unused days within an active subscription period are not available under any circumstances.
4 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at ajos@ajos.in with the subject line "Refund Request β [Your Registered Email]".
Your email must include the following details:
- β Registered email address and User ID
- β‘ UPI Transaction Reference Number (UTR / RRN)
- β’ Screenshot or PDF of the UPI payment confirmation
- β£ Date and amount of transaction
- β€ Reason for refund request
Refund Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of receiving your request.
- Review & Decision: Within 5 business days of acknowledgement.
- Refund Credit (if approved): 5β7 business days to the original UPI source account, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
5 UPI Payment Disputes & Failed Transactions
If your UPI payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated, the transaction may be in a pending settlement state with NPCI. Please allow up to 24 hours for automatic settlement before raising a dispute.
- β’ If the amount is not refunded automatically within 3 business days, contact us with your UTR number.
- β’ You may also raise a dispute directly through your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) under the "Dispute/Report Issue" section.
- β’ For unresolved UPI disputes, you may escalate to NPCI's Dispute Resolution Mechanism at npci.org.in.
AJOS Screener is not liable for delays caused by inter-bank settlement processes, NPCI infrastructure, or your UPI service provider. All refunds will be processed to the original source account only β no alternative refund destinations are accepted.
6 Promotional, Discounted & Referral Plans
Subscriptions purchased under any promotional pricing, referral code, coupon, limited-time discount, or bundled offer are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the time elapsed or usage. By subscribing under a promotion, you acknowledge and accept this condition. This policy complies with standard digital goods and SaaS subscription norms under Indian consumer protection guidelines.
7 Changes to This Policy
AJOS Screener reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or displayed prominently on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

If your concern is not resolved within 15 business days, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 or approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
